Karen Loving
Karen graduated from The Alexander Technique Training Center three year graduate program in Charlottesville, VA.
She left the corporate world after 20 years and ventured into healing arts. After graduating from the Virginia School of Massage as a massage therapist; she was introduced to The Alexander Technique and found its principles of educating people to how they were using their bodies was so beneficial to affecting change.
Karen lives in Culpeper and owns a yoga and movement studio, on Davis Street in historic downtown Culpeper. She teaches at her Studio in Culpeper and also has a private practice in the Blaser Physical Therapy Building on North Hill Road in Warrenton, VA.
Karen recently served on the Board of Directors of the American Society for the Alexander Technique. The American Society for the Alexander Technique’s mission is to define, maintain and promote the Alexander Technique at its highest standard of professional practice and conduct. Their website is:
